Empire's founder and President, David T. Brooks, has over thirty years experience in the Banking, Trust and Financial Services industry. He served as the National Sales Manager for the Trust Division of First of America Bank Corporation and, concurrently, President and CEO of First of America Brokerage Services, Inc. Prior to forming Empire Mr. Brooks was the Executive Vice President of Independent Bankers' Bank serving as CEO of the Trust and Financial Services Division.
